Vacant or cluttered
No staging required. Tell us the current condition and whether personal property will remain.
Tenant occupied
Existing tenants do not automatically disqualify the property. Share the lease and occupancy situation so we can evaluate it correctly.
Behind on payments
Time-sensitive situations deserve clear information. A direct purchase may be one option, depending on equity, title, and timing.
Move-in ready
Even a clean home can be a fit when convenience and a straightforward sale matter more than testing the retail market.
